I used BMG to replace an old granite kitchen countertop 3 years ago with large piece of Quartz stone, and it was a very challenging installation job involving replacing a bar sink, a new faucet - which they handled very well. After 3 years, I decided to ask BMG to replace another piece of my kitchen countertop (which I had delayed due to budget constraints) ; but now had to match with the first piece (which would be difficult due to time lapse in manufacturing). However, BMG was very accommodating with me and in the end, my new countertop matches superbly in my “new” kitchen. Very professional installers too!

Agostino was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process from sales to installation. We visited his shop back in December 2020 to look for quartz countertops for our kitchen and our bathrooms. He was very thorough in responses to our many many questions in person and after wards via email. You could tell he is very knowledgeable. He was able to lock in the price for us even though we couldn't install until late 2021.

Agostino was able to accommodate changes to our requests before the install date and his prices were very reasonable. We had to change the installation date a few days before his team was scheduled to come out and Agostino had no problem making the change even with such short notice.

His installation team was very professional and we are very happy with the job (both the countertop and quartz backsplash). We would not hesitate to use Agostino and his team for future renovations.

We ordered kitchen counter granite product and installation.

They didn’t deliver on time we had to Waite a week after scheduled appointment.

The installation was not professional, alignment, there are line of cracks on the edges facing black splash.

Highly recommend BMG. Right from the start I knew BMG was the right fit for my project:
- Communication: clear and response times are very good.
- Helpful: I was working without a contractor. Agonstino took the time to familiarize me with the process and different types of quartz products which is a lot more than any vendors I spoke with did
- Timely: The work was delivered on time
- Professionalism: The work looks great and the crew took great details to take care of my existing cabints etc.

All in all, doing renos without a contractor could be stressfull. Do it with somone that makes you feel comfortable and who is reliable. That's what Ago and BMG are.

PROS:
1. Large showroom/warehouse to view products/slabs with helpful sales, Agostino.
2. Finished product looked great & wife happy. Join of backsplash & sidesplash was uneven, but not too distracting.
CONS:
1. Removal of old counters/sinks not included in price. 1 counter removal alone was $150. Note: Reduced to $100 when I complained.
2. Sinks did not line up well with existing drain pipes in one washroom.
3. Some appointments not kept.
4. Installers left garbage in new sink boxes.
5. STAY AWAY FROM THEIR PLUMBER REFERRALS

Agostino and his guys where 100%. From start to finish great service, communication and craftsmanship. Price was great and work was done months faster then other quotes. Our kitchen counters look amazing. Thanks for the brilliant service. I’ll be back!

Agostino and crew gave a seamless experience, from ordering products to installation. He was very patient with us, while we tried to decide what we wanted. He was also honest, even though he could have made more money, with regards to doing granite backsplash in our kitchen.

I ordered a granite counter and backsplash for a custom made well unit. From the purchase of our slab to its installation, the process was pleasant and seamless. Daniel was very helpful and responsive. The final product is beautiful.
