I love Biltmore products, very well made and comfortable.
However, customer service is probably one of the worst because of extreme lack of communication and they take forever!
I am still waiting after 10 weeks for a replacement leg for my chair. Had I known it would take so long, I would not have let Gary take the broken leg away with him..
I have been promised it would take a week to repair/replace it, and now over 10 weeks later, no chair legs, and I have no idea what is going on or taking soooo long.
Very frustrated and fed up dealing with these guys.
Too bad, because their product is very good.
I will update this site to inform when I finally get the legs for my chair. I am hoping for the original ones, fixed, or replacements.
