Our dishwasher was not cleaning our dishes, particularly in the top rack. Everytime I went to unload it, the dishes had dried crusted food on them. I left messages for a few of the appliance repair companies in the area. Some NEVER even called me back. Steve called me back within a half hour and was there the next day. We paid exactly what he had quoted and gave us tips on how to get cleaner dishes and how to make better use of our dishwasher. He explained WHY it hadn't been working too, so we know how to avoid the problem in the future. It has worked perfectly since he was here, and I will definitely call him again when necessary and will recommend him to anyone who is ever looking for someone. He was also super friendly, on time and fast!!! Thanks Steve!
