Brick The

Boxing day sale they had mattresses but first none left ,are you kidding me sale started at 6 am I was there at 615 so I proceeded to leave, then conviently he found them,but now there's none in stock I have to wait 2 weeks for pick up,the day of pick up no one called me after 4 so I called them I wanted to pick my mattress up, but I was told now there's isn't any until end of January...first of all why wasn't I called ,I took apart my bed etc ...so went down there( the centre mall Brick) and demanded my refund! This is the second time I had a problem with them , Done with the Brick!!

We were looking for a furiniture for our bedroom and found anice set at The Brick. The price was affordable and they also have a promotion for the payments. the service was good and the furniture was delivered on time.

The customer service was great. The atmosphere in the store was very positive. The store was in great shape and the sales associate was very friendly. I would definitely use these guys site.

Bought $900 sofabed from the Brick. Salesperson was very cordial but would not waive $69 delivery cost. She made it a point to explain that we were not just paying for delivery but we were paying for a full set up in that the delivery person would remove all packaging and set the sofa bed up for us. Delivery came as promised and the sofabed was just dropped off in the room where it was asked to be put. Delivery guys were leaving when my wife asked them to remove the packaging. They grudgingly did so. She did not want to push her luck by asking them to install the feet on the sofa. So despite what the sales person tells you, the $69 really is only a delivery charge and they will just drop it off and nothing more.

On arrival at the store we were greeted by a gentleman who turned out to be a very knowledgable salesman.We were looking for a matress and boxspring with good support with good durability.This gentleman directed us to many display models and finally helped us to choose a model which has turned out to be very comfortable and satisfying.

Purchased a single bed for spare room, all the add-ons came to more than intended on spending. Mattress is much harder than floor model and way higher too. Nobody is comfy sleeping on this bed (except the cat) and not worth the money spent. Service was very aggressive in store -- delivery guys were OK though. Just don't think I got what I tried in the store. Buyer beware.

We had a very bad experience with The Brick. The table arrived, and was scratched down the centre. Of the 6 chairs, 4 were severely damaged. (I'm not talking a paint scrape, I'm talking deep scratches). The buffet had a very deep scratch as well. The Brick sent out some replacement furniture, and when they arrived, of the four chairs in the truck, 3 were smashed into pieces. We refused the shipment, and went to the brick to get our money back. Obviously, this was poor quality product. We argued for 25 minutes, as they wanted to give us store credit instead of our money back. I will never shop at the Brick again. Their quality is sub-par. We went to the Mennonite Furniture store in Cambridge. Solid wood, great quality, hand made furniture for the same price.

after 2 years of renovations furnishings was the next step and we found that the brick was a one stop for us when it came to furnishing and decorating our home.
