A TOP service review on Buttons Heating
Purchased a new ductless split during pandemic and dealt with a company who had a new 2020 unit available in 2021not who I would have normally dealt with but during the time when even drywall was hard to get. The printed circuit on exterior unit was fried 2 weeks ago in the BIG lightning storm. I contacted Buttons as they had been my HVAC partner in previous home and they had in April become an authorized dealer for my current brandyay lucky! ButManufacturer sold unit 1 1/2 years ago now saying no longer parts availablehave to replace exterior unit and customer pay labour of $1100. No nodont sell product if you arent keeping parts available for at least warranty period.
Buttons advocated for client and we came to a just compromise. Thank you Buttons! Super customer service a true test of service is when bad things happenButtons excelled! Solid top drawer 10!
