Once again had Sue come to the rescue to help select colours and cabinet finishes for our main floor (we are in a bungalow so includes bedrooms), and finalize fabric and manufacturing of custom drapes. Sue is great to deal with, listens to you, and helps make great decisions. Our reno is over and looking great thanks to her advice and help!

My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Sue Caldwell on several projects over the last 6 years. Sue did the main living spaces in our home in Toronto, and we were so impressed with the results we asked her to do the rest of the House. This went so well that we asked her to do our summer home as well in Lake Muskoka. The look we wanted for the summer home was completely different from our house in Toronto and she understood what we wanted. The amazing part of this experience is that no matter what went wrong during the process, Sue made it right. We’re planning an expansion of our Toronto home early next year and, as you might guess, our first call was to Sue. We continue to be impressed by her creativity, sources, quality of her associates, and especially how easy it is to work with her.

I met Sue Caldwell last summer through a friend of mine who was currently using Caldwell Design's services for a bathroom renovation. I was very impressed with the work she had done and asked to set up a meeting regarding a new (old) condo that I had just purchased and was in need of updating.
It was within the first 15 minutes of our initial consultation that I knew I had not made a mistake and my condo would go from late 70's to a modern and beautiful home for my wife and I to enjoy.
We never expected our renovation to transform our condo as much as it did. We were both in shock at what had been accomplished and within our budget and timelines. I love what Sue did for us and how well she did it.

I just moved into my new house, and wasn’t too sure on what to do, how to do it, and how to make my house look like a home. I was referred to Caldwell Design from HomeStars and was very impressed with the professionalism I got from owner, Sue Caldwell. She came and saw the house with me just before I got possession and asked me for my wishes and thoughts. I had a few, but Sue opened my eyes and gave me some fantastic ideas. I gave her my time line for moving and she got started. Sue and her team got to work and had my floors refinished, walls painted, window treatments installed, paintings and pictures hung and set up my furniture in ways that made everything look amazing.

I never knew how much of an impact a designer could make, and I am so glad that I chose Caldwell Design to give my new house, an amazing, fresh new look and style. My friends and family were amazed with the new look and are looking to have work done to their homes too.

Where would I be without Sue, from Caldwell Design?? So professional, organized, willing to listen and give practical advice. Sue helped me with floors, colour choices window coverings, furniture. Sue turned my very ordinary upper beach house into a space I am proud to call home. Sue dealt with all the contractors, arranged pick up and delivery of furniture, not to mention a small kitchen Reno usually hard work, Sue made it easy for me. I recommend Sue without hesitation.

Caldwell Design was fantastic in handling our home renovation. We decided to update our newly purchased home and could not have done it without Sue. She helped us with absolutely everything including chosing paint colours, new carpets, fixtures for the washrooms, cabinets and appliances for the kitchen and much more. Once the renovation was complete she was able to find us some great pieces of furniture for our new space. Sue has truly made our house a home. Our project was to redecorate and refurnish our living room and dining room. Sue was able to turn a couple of our vague ideas into a look that was perfect for us, and she was fun to work with. She provided a manageable number of options to choose from that were consistent with our taste, and offered a decisive opinion when asked. Sue was very responsive to all requests, was very reliable, and really seemed to care about the final product and our satisfaction. She also provided hints and ideas about other areas of our house to update them and make them consistent with the look of the new living room and dining room.
