Cambridge Plumbing recently re-piped our 93-unit, 4 storey, 55+ condo building. The communication throughout the project was excellent. The site supervisor was approachable, readily available for any questions and concerns were addressed immediately. The project from start to finish was done seamlessly and at the end of the work day you would never have known they were here. They were considerate and took extra care while working in suites, the finishing work was top notch, and best of all our residents have both hot and cold water again!

Cody and his crew were professional, clean and friendly. They truly went above and beyond for us and we miss seeing them in our hallways! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cambridge Plumbing and in fact have already passed their information along to others.

Shotty service. Health concerns were not taken seriously and I ended up in asthma exacerbation and needed two sick days and a covid test. They did not do measurements for cabinets they removed, but luckily I was there when they went up again. They did not replace broken tiles as promised and covered them up with grout. They pushed us to get new faucets, but didn't tell us when we get our own, instead of the once we could order through them, that you have to pay extra to have them installed. They put the old ones back and then had someone come to exchange them for the new ones. Talk about extra work. I did not replace the shower fixtures because they were only 5 years old. When the controller loosened and I asked Cambridge to fix it I only got an email back stating that I should have gotten new once. Since the repiping, I can hear my neighbors' bathroom fans in my bedroom. I bet Cambridge this is also because of Cambridge. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Terrible company, I would never recommend them to anyone. They are unorganized, sloppy and have bad communication/costumer service. The job was unorganized from the top down. Rushed lazy work that is far from what is initially being sold. Their finishing is very rushed and looks like a child could have done it.

This was a strata job. I am on the council and wanted to go with another company that's bid was higher but has a better reputation. Unfortunately my instincts were right. Cutting corners is going to cost three owners in our complex as damage was done in their suites and has yet to be repaired by Cambridge.

I can see that other customers have posted about the same problems. The foreman was extremely rude, and the crew broke personal items that they have yet to pay for six months after completion of the job. I will probably have to go to small claims court. I can not recommend this company.

Cambridge is involved currently in the re-piping of our strata building. While our unit is only one part of the overall project that we have paid for, we have found Cambridge to be very professional - they have answered all questions that we have had, have thus far kept the building clean and organized, and the supervisor is readily available to answer information and to provide assistance. Overall impressed!

The site supervisor Gary, at Cambridge, was terrible to work with. Did not ensure that my hard wood floors were covered with drop sheets during the job (eventhough pre-construction notes indicated this would be done) . When I complained he informed me "I've been in your suite,, it;s not like you can eat off your floors." Apparently he did not consider my floors worthy of proper protection.

I WOULD NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY!

the workers from cambridge were kind. they were clean. they broke two things in my home and then tried to blame me for the damage. after calling the company and dealing with my strata the broken items were finally replaced. it was a very expensive job and the finishing was not completed. i wouldn't recommend them.
