I dropped my rug off two weeks ago and was told it would be "a couple of days". After 7 days of not hearing anything I called to check in on it. I was told that my rug hadn't even been started and "should be ready by Wednesday, but call first". I called prior to driving there to make sure it was indeed ready and was told it was. I picked my rug up, paid $50.00 and brought it home. As soon as I laid it out the most atrocious smell was blatantly coming from the rug (a mix of wet dog and mold...neither of which are in my newly renovated bedroom). I immediately rolled it back up and put it out in the garage for the night. The next morning I loaded it in my trunk and called their offices to complain. I was told I was more than welcome to bring it by for them to re-clean. I confirmed that they would be open until 5:30 that day (despite their website noting 6:00pm). I drove there straight after work, took my rug out of my trunk at 4:57. The office had no lights and no one there, I called from the parking lot just to make sure.
I just got off the phone with one of the employees who told me that she did not relay the message to the afternoon staff that there would be a customer dropping off a rug at 5:00 (who was doing so due to a complaint). The afternoon employee left the office at 4:30 to go to a parent-teacher interview. Finally after speaking with the condescending and rude employee I asked to speak with the owner who wasn't much better. They clearly couldn't get their story straight when she tried to tell me someone was there until 5:30, yet the employee confirmed the afternoon staff had indeed left. The owner seemed completely disinterested in providing good customer service, being sympathetic to my frustration, or willing to rectify the situation.
Needless to say, I wouldn't bring a dollar store rug to this company as they don't care about the quality of their services, or how they treat their customers. AVOID AT ALL COST!

I will never use this company again. They were unable to remove a large water stain but went ahead and Scotch Guarded the rug leaving it covered in a very stiff plastic coating. The second rug, a lovely silk, was also covered in an hard plastic coating, ruining its gloss and softness. With regret, I paid for this one before I had a good look at it. I did not pay for the one with the water stain. I had the driver take it back with the proviso that he was only to return it if they removed the stain. It was unusable in its current state. The rug was not returned. Do not use this company.

I am completely satisfied with the service provided by the Carpet Cleaning Staff. From the administrators in the office to the cleaners sent to my home. I doubted that they would be able to remove most of the stains, but I was wrong. The carpets came out fantastic. The price is definitely reasonable and appropriately price. I now recieve regular carpet cleaning from Capitol to maintain them and I also recieve weekly maid services.

I am a superintendent of a building. A pipe burst on the main floor on a Saturday. It was a swimming pool in the hall. I called my regular carpet cleaning service, they didn't answer so I called Capital. They came within an hour and cleaned and sanitized the carpet. It was like new.

Capitol cleaning did an amazing job, my carpets look brand new again! I called capitol cleaning services and asked for an appointment the same day and they came within 2 hours! The lady that answered the phone was quite helpful explaining the cleaning procedures and gave me helpful hints with spots and stains. I highly reccomend capital and definately refer them to all my family and friends!

I HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH CAPITOL CLEANING SERVICE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS IMPECCABLE, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THEY QUOTED ME A PRICE AND A DELIVERY DATE AND WERE TRUE TO THEIR WORD. MY DAUGHTER THREW UP ON OUR RUG AND I THOUGHT IT WAS DONE FOR. IT IS A $700 RUG AND FIT IN BEAUTIFULLY WITH OUR DECOR. I REALLY DIDN'T WANT TO GET RID OF IT BUT HAD ENTERTAINED THE THOUGHT. I CALLED AROUND TO 4 PLACES AS I HAD NO IDEA WHAT IT SHOULD COST TO CLEAN A RUG THAT SIZE. CAPITOL NOT ONLY GAVE ME THE BEST PRICE BUT THEY CAME TO PICK UP MY RUG AND DELIVERED IT BACK TO ME AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. THE IN OFFICE AND DELIVERY STAFF WERE AWESOME COURTEOUS AND I HAVE ALREADY DECIDED TO USE THEM AGAIN AS I HAVE TWO MORE AREA RUGS THAT NEED TO BE DONE.

I HIGHTLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE!!! MY RUG LOOKS AMAZING!! THERE REALLY IS NOTHING NEGATIVE TO SAY!!

My experience from Capitol Cleaning was not satisfactory. Monday morning brought a grumpy old person to our house for cleaning our carpets. In spite of being promised over the phone, he refused to vacuum our carpets before cleaning and instead asked us to do it -- not a good start indeed. Not very happy with the whole experience.

Found Capitol cleaners on Home Stars, tried them out. Quick service, came on weekends when I wanted and not when they were available like other providers - even for a relatively small job as I had done. They also called to confirm a few days prior (reminder which was good). Did the service as I requested and at the quoted price. Will use them again for sure. I wished other companies operated this way.

I booked for 3 different services (carpet cleaning/ window cleaning and maid services) which they gave me a discount because i booked all 3..And beleive me i called around..they were cheaper than everyone!!

And...every service was perfect!!! no complaints!!! in and out and results were great!!!

I already referred them to 4 of my family memebers and they all were soo very happy!!
