they were on time, exactly. did a fine job cleaning carpets in the whole 2 bedroom apt. Less than three hours and did a good job. cost me more than the telephone quote though, but i was satisfied.

Our son had the stomach flu one night and vomited on his pillow, bedding, and singel matress. Called Coit and they did an amazing job getting the stains out and we had them clean the rest of the upper floor bedrooms plus some spot cleaning as well. We were aware of their reputation and were very impressed by their courteous service and promptness in getting it done as soon as possible. Highly recommended as we have had used other carpet cleaning companies before which were more expensive and inferior workmanship.

As most renters know, you have to have the carpets cleaned when moving out of a place. With having a young child my carpet was subject to stains, spills, and messes. Coit came in and did an amazing job! They were able to get out all the stains and make the carpet look almost brand new! The carpet cleaner specialist was respectful, and efficient. When it came time to receive my damage deposit back, my landlord was thrilled I went with Coit, as he only goes with them as well. Worth the money, and worth the call for sure!!

We chose to go with Coit to have our furnace checked over and cleaned along with our ducts through out our home. Overall we were not impressed with the quality of work and expertise of the representative. After the servicing, the air from the vents smelled the same (i.e. stale and dusty) and the furnace had an obvious smelly leak that the representative did not check the first time and only after calling him back for a second time did he pull out his tools to check for leakage and confirmed that we had a leak that needed to be repaired by a certified repair man which he was not.

In hindsight, it would have been better to choose a specialized HVAC company that knows in detail the way a furnace works and whose protocol includes a truly thorough check of the HVAC system versus just a wipe down and vacuum.

Coit cleaned my carpets very well. A difficult job because I have 1 large dog and 2 cats. All the stains came out of my 7 yr old beige carpet. The cleaner was professional and very good at his job. He did not try to sell me more products that I did not want. He arrived on time and moved furniture back. I would call them agin.

They were timely with good service and price. Friendly consultation, there advertising offered a good deal. They were knowledgeable about the products they were using. We would recommend them to others.

had our carpets cleaned as well as the couch by coit. when they cleaned the carpets it left a residue after cleaning the carpets. he was aware of the stains and did not remove any of the stains. i tried to have someone come back out to re clean the carpets and i wasn't able to get in touch with them again. instead of helping the stain, they actually set the stain. the scotch guard that they used ended up on the hardwood floors and left a bad film that needs to be washed off after a year. i was very dissapointed that the manager didnt bother to phone back.

we had our carpets cleaned by coit. we really liked the service. the staff was very professional and friendly. we would highly recommend this company to our friends. they returned with no problem when spots showed up again on the carpets. the last time they didnt have to come back but the time before they did.

Service was excellent. The installers were pleasent and knew their job well. They showed up on time, removed their shoes, installed their booties to ensure that our carpets did not become dirty.I intend to have them back for new blinds and more carpet cleaning.
