We have had lots of work done and I have no complaint about most of it (windows, garage door, etc). The biggest problem is he does not return phone calls. I have called 5 times and been promised twice that he would fix a leak and that was 4 weeks ago. When you phone it sounds like you are calling an organization. Not so. No one is ever there - always leave a message but don't expect a return call unless you want new work done. Id be happy to give him 5 stars if he had any kind of followup service.

I have immense respect for this homeowner . They have dealt with me on multiple occasions and they live on a street where at last count I have worked on 34 homes, many on numerous occasions. Ron's comments refer to a brief winter period where we were essentially shut down however he did contract us to install 160.00 worth of eavestrough where they had some ice damage The work was done at which point he assumed based on a neighbours comment that there was a problem. The installer went back and assured that everything was good. He later went back again to modify his install to help eliminate an ice back up problem around a chimney. At no point did the customer call my cell phone which is available to anybody who calls our office or checks my personal voicemail. I am very grateful to this homeowner for past work and for the referrals they have given since this review was made including their own son'a house. Note:since this review was made I have added my personal cell phone to business cards to ensure any homeowner can reach me with the greatest of ease.
