David Snell Building Services Ltd.

We've had David Snell do a lot of work around our house including, Windows, Garage door, Evestroughing, etc. We have no complaint about the quality of work. He always provides excellent installers and quality products. Our complaint is with followup when there is a problem. Our new kitchen crank-out window has the screen coming away from the frame allowing ants to march into the kitchen. We lodged this complaint beginning 3-4 weeks ago, several followup phone calls and so far nothing. We were told we were on a long list that will get done according to the convenience of the window installers. Meantime, we do not have use of the window.
Given we asked him to quote on new siding, recommended him to our son for his siding as well, have spent $$ with this company, I'd think some kind of quality customer service would be appropriate.
