Recently (mid-November 2012) we had to quickly face the fact that our heating system (25+ years old) would not make it through another winter, even a mild one. Delta was previously recommended for servicing and we really liked the positive and competent attitude of their staff. When we had a consultation about the most practical and affordable system for our home, all of our questions and concerns were really heard and understood; there was no aggressive sales-pitch, no "dumbing down" and no pressure to sign onto anything before we felt comfortable. The actual installation was expertly and tidily done, with a great deal of attention to detail and outstanding concern for not overly interrupting our routine (I work from home). As the installation proceeded, Delta staff were always helpful in explaining what was being done, why and how. When our home's construction presented a couple of logistical problems that took extra time, they took it all in stride. There was always positive attitude and professionalism in every step of the process. I feel confident that Delta will continue to look after us as customers in the coming years. Our new system (Lennox) makes us feel very secure and comfortable.

- I would recommend Delta for anyone replacing an older system because they are very well informed about comparitive costs, performance expectations and practical options; they don't "oversell" on what you need.
