Water Filtration & Purification review in

Wished to terminate water heater rental in favour of ownership.
Was treated with the utmost rudeness and a complete disregard for my wishes.
Was never told I would have to buy out the water heater I thought I had on a purely rental basis.
This company exists for the sole purpose of squeezing money from consumers and doing as little for that money as the company can.
I feel entirely let down by consumer protections and government agencies which exist to ensure that bad actors do not thrive in the workplace.
