Water Filtration & Purification review in

We had the water heater as a rental unit
Had no hot water with 3 small children in the house, called them 5 times!!!
They sent a technician and each time they would make a different diagnosis, will fez the issue for a few hours and back again to cold water only!!!
No solution was found on the company part, until we said enough of this horrible service, day 5 still no hot water
We called the competitive company and ordered a new water heater from them,
Cancelling all of my services with the direct energy!!!
Never again, they don't value any of their costumers needs time or money
