I called Direct Energy because my rented gas water heater was not working, they send a technician for an electric water heater so I had to call again and make another appointment because they send the wrong technician :( . When the technician arrive he said right away that the tank needs to be replaced he call the sales rep and I met with him 2 hours later. the first sales rep that arrived could not do the job so they sent me another rep the next day
They told me they could not put the water heater were the existing one was so they make me expend $3000 dollars relocating gas plumbing and electrical for the installation of the water heater in a new location. When the technicians arrived they said they could not do the job and that the rep was coming in and it was going to cost more money because they needed two more pipes. After 5 days no hot water, no solution and the company just wants more $$$
