I was sold on a maintenance plan last week. On the first visit I was told my furnace was unusable and they tried to sell me a new furnace.
This is the same furnace that has worked without an issue for many years. On their first visit they tried a fear tactic to get me to buy there new furnace.
Sounds more like a used car sales job.
Beware of such practices.
