I can not even begin to describe the problems I have had with the billing department of Enercare. I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to solve problems over that last 2 years from double billing to my address and contract negotiations in which they had to pull phone records to prove I was correct over money owed too me. It took 8 months to be reimbursed the money and my story does not stop there. In my recent move to a new home they have once again double billed me. I had planned to switch companies when my contract was up but they wanted to charge me over $200 to cancel my contract with my move. I would not recommend this company to anyone, nothing by headaches!
