Eagle Tile was knowledgeable in what I needed. Gave great design advice and knew what I had envisioned. All their installers were wonderful to work with and the final products exceeded my expectations! Frida was fun to work with and made our project beautiful! We will definitely be back when we are ready to tackle our next renovation project.

We purchased tiles for a bathroom renovation and were so happy with the service and quality that we went back for bathroom 2.

This business is a little gem. There is so much selection available it can be overwhelming however Farida's expertise and eye for design is impeccable! In a few short questions, she will have ideas that will work for you and in many cases, like ours, you would never have considered. We had our kitchen countertops replaced and a new backsplash installed as part of an ongoing update. Both installers were professional and personable. The end result is fantastic. I would not hesitate to work with Farida and her team again.

Eagle Tile has a great selection of quality products at a very reasonable cost. I had visited to get tile for my bathroom...(tiled stand-up shower , tiled floor, backsplash ) Farida went above and beyond my needs from giving her tasteful input on my tile selections. She is very personable and wants to go above customer expectations. Farida worked with my budget and sold me tiles at a great discount. I also needed Schulder trim which she had sold me at a price lower than any other retailer. In terms of getting the tile it was very quick , even when I was short some pieces of tile she went the extra mile to make sure I had in my hands the next day.
Could not be happier with my purchase .

Not wanting to use the popular tile choices from big box DIY stores, we looked for a local retailer and discovered this little gem! The store is like an Aladdin's cave, with a very knowledgeable Farida there to provide advice. When asked, she was was able to provide recommendations based on her years of experience in the industry along with a good taste for many different styles of interior design. As a one stop shop, they were able to provide all the materials needed for the job, which was especially helpful during the CoViD19 pandemic, especially since I needed a few extra things after my first order, a simple message to Farida, then show up to the store once it's arrived.
Did I mention it spent less than I would have at the big box stores!

We picked out tile for our fireplace with furry doesn’t help it was all good. We arranged for installation through them. The tile was installed satisfactory. Then after a short time tiles begin falling off. I went to the store and ask for Farida for a new corner piece as it totally broke. She said they did not sell it anymore she would have to go to the warehouse to look for it. We were going to sell our house at the time And we needed it fixed. I have gone back three times and still no help. So in the meantime I haven’t had that corner piece and doesn’t look like we can replace it so we are going to have to redo the fireplace. Not very happy

Farida was wonderful in helping us do a major reno to our en-suite and new tile floors, countertops etc. In the main bathroom. She quickly picked up on our style and showed us samples of tiles and countertops that we loved. Farida explained the process and timeline and patiently (very) answered all our questions. We loved working with her.
Our review would not be complete without mentioning Rick, Farida’s excellent contractor. He always let us know what he would be doing and answered a million questions. He also gave us some great suggestions which we wouldn’t have thought of. He really cares about the work he does and makes sure it is done perfectly.
We have already recommended Eagle Tile to our friends and family.

Farida was knowledgeable when she advised me on my choice. I had been to 3 other stores without finding my blue backsplash. I chose a lovely blue mosaic. Little did I know how labour intensive it was but I had Rick installer extraordinaire..A meticulous, clean worker who had to cut just about every sheet of tiles. It took just over two days and I couldnt love my blue kitchen more..thanks guys. I heartily recommend Eagle Tile.

Farida was very helpful with this Reno. She has a great eye for design and colour. She is also very familiar with the products to use to get the desired results. The steam shower added to the complexity of the project but Eagle Tile's suppliers and installers did a tremendous job to do things right and give us an elegant bathroom that we are very proud of. Last fall Eagle Tile did another bathroom for us. Again, Farida was invaluable in her assistance and expertise. We are happy with that bathroom too.

Farida was very helpful in helping select materials, complementary stone and tiles - including grout colours and finishes. She was responsive to all inquiries and made sure we had the right information to make decisions.
