Update to my previous review. It has been a long process to have my problems resolved, but as of last week, all issues have been corrected. Hopefully this review will have some impact on their customer service going forward. The product is fantastic.
Had Clera come out May 1918 for a quote. Sales rep was there asap. Installation was great. 1 month later, screen door came off track. It took months for someone to come out and see to the problem. They said it happened to a few people. It took a total of 6 months for them to replace the screen door. As of 3 weeks ago, came off track again. Was promised it was going to be fixed that week, and I am still waiting....2 weeks later. Sliding door would not lock after 2 months. Was promised to have a new piece of lock installed.....still waiting. Now my kitchen window cracked from corner to corner. Lets see how long I will have to wait to get resolved. This company has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Never again would I recommend them

Dear Customer, we apologize for the inconvenience. You spoke to our customer service rep directly and he ordered your glass right away. We admit that last year we were behind the schedule due to greenON installations and we are back to normal this year and as soon as your special glass is ready, we will arrange our installer to go back and replace the glass.
