Forever Window Screen

Where do i start!? Forever Windows Screen and Blind is an amazing company. They're friendly, prices are unbelievable, and the delivery is lightning quick. They are by far the best deal in the Lower Mainland, possibly even the entire British Columbia. Their place is nicer than the other shops. You can even look into their factory, which is right next to their office and look at the entire process! They have a GIANT variety of colours in their stock. Make sure you talk to Anna (the lady in the office) she will get you unmatched price and quality customer service. Their repair service is second to none, just like the item was brand new the day we bought it! Overall, excellent service, excellent prices and excellent products.

We want to have a cozy bedroom and living room. The original blind that come from the contractor was very basic. So, we shopped around and finally decided to get from Forever Window.
They have a huge inventory, variety of materials... About the installation, technician showed up on time, they delivered what they promised, any problems or issues that came up, they took care of promptly and with personal care. I LOVED the product and the customer service. And now we have cozy living room and bed room with nice accent from our blind.

We were recommended these guys by friends who shopped around and swore this was the cheapest place in the lower mainland. we did a bit of research too and did agree that they were the cheapest. But don't get me wrong, Quality is still reliable. Only mistake was when they came to measure for the blinds, the window frames were being demo'ed and they forgot to take that into account. But they could have easily blamed me for not letting them know that they didnt know that. Instead they just took back all the blinds to cut them down to fit and only charged me an extra $100.
***WORD TO THE WISE*** if youre getting the white blinds, go for the off white pearl white, not the sheer artic snow white. The arctic white ones will have a noticeable bluey tint to them when next to your walls. Again, lesson learned from the original friends that made the mistake and warned us.

This place is great, even though they do not have a fancy store front, the carried all types of blinds. They came to measure all our windows in our house and got back to us with a quote within reasonable time. When the service guys came back to install, it was done quickly and the blinds fit exactly and look great. Total hassle free with this company.
