For over 20 years, Sears Carpeting have been cleaning carpets. My parents have used them and now I use them. Our tenant had moved out and needed to get the carpets cleaned before the new people moved in. The technician was friendly and provided me with good suggestions to get stains out of my carpet. He also recommended a deoderizer to get the smell out and left the suite with a lemony scent that wasn't over powering. They did a good job and would use the again.

My tenant had just moved out and we were looking for a new occupancy. To display our suite, we need it to look fresh and clean. We hired Homejoy to do the work and were thrilled with the results. Winter was approaching and in Vancouver means a lot of rain. We have a large maple tree next to our house which looses its leaves on to our roof and into the gutters. We called All Clear and ofcourse everyone else wanted their gutters to be cleaned too. We booked an appointment for a month later but Tanis had a guy come here in two weeks. He was fast, efficient, and the did a wonderful job. Now when it rains, the gutters no longer overflow.

Our tenants had just moved out of our basement suite and it was in need of a clean before we could rent to the next. We called up SierraMaid and they came quickly and got the job done in 2 hours. The bathroom has never looked so clean and the oil stains on the kitchen walls were removed. They even cleaned the windows and blinds. Thanks again SierraMaid.

Jordan was wonderful. We need 3 rooms in our house painted quickly before moving in and he got the job done right away. He was polite, neat, clean and quick. He patched holes and removed unwanted fixtures. Thanks again Jordan for a great job!

4JL Hardwood Floors & Sanding was fantastic. We get endless compliments from our guests who when they first walk into our house think that our floors are brand new until we tell them that these were the original from 50 years back and refinished by 4JL. All the scratches made by previous owners are gone. Bong’s team was excellent to work will and very professional. We are so happy with the floors; definitely money well spent.

We decided to try out Royas once we had seen it on a discount site which they were offering a great deal. Before purchasing the coupon online, I called them up to make sure they could even come in the short time we need our carpet cleans. Kianosh was great, he gave me a quote over the phone with the coupon and emailed it to me that evening. He even got his crew out to clean our place quickly before our guests arrived. Great company, easy to work with.

We had seen this company at Costco and thought we'd give it a try. We called them mid-week and they were able to come that weekend for a quote. The following Monday, the company called us back to set-up an appointment for an installer to come in. From the initial call to when our new garage door opener was installed and working was less than a week. Also, the opener they recommended is great and make little noise.

Adam was great at fixing a leaky faucet for us in our kitchen sink. We had diagnosed the problem incorrectly over the phone and when he came to fix it, we did not have the necessary parts. He had no issue in coming back a few days later to fix the problem after we purchased the correct faucet. He was very understanding in the fact that we had no clue about plumbing. Great service.

This place is great, even though they do not have a fancy store front, the carried all types of blinds. They came to measure all our windows in our house and got back to us with a quote within reasonable time. When the service guys came back to install, it was done quickly and the blinds fit exactly and look great. Total hassle free with this company.

Pacific Electronics Security was recommended to me by a family member that also had an alarm system installed. They were fast to give an estimate and did all the work in one day. The system woks great and is easy to use. Also, compared to the other companies, Pacific was the cheapest.

My family was looking for a functional but sytlish dining set and came across one at EQ3. This table was great in that it had the ability to convert from a 6 seater up to 10. However, when it came to getting the product, there was a lot of problems. We were told that the set would be delivered in 3-4 weeks, so we planned to entertain a couple weeks after that since we thought that the tables would have arrived. After 4 weeks went by, we heard nothing so we called customer service. They told us that the chairs were back ordered and wouldn't come for a couple weeks, but after a couple weeks, we still got nothing. We scrabbled and went to Costco to get folding tables and chairs. We even had to tell our guests to bring chairs, so embarrassing. We ended calling customer service numerous of times, each time them telling us a different arrival date. Our chairs and table finally came after for 4 months and when they did arrive, the finishing on 2 of the chairs were different.
