I ordered an art piece set over two months ago and still has not even shippped! Every time
E I contact the store they say there are delays and wait two more weeks. It’s been over 5 weeks and still now they say should be in the warehouse next week!!!!! No store should make you wait this long! Delays happen but this is crazy! Also terrible customer service reps who don’t care about you at all! Stay stay away!

I ordered my furniture online in December 2020 and still waiting for it to get delivered. Every week I call them and they say that it will be delivered to me in next 2-3 days. I have been doing this for last 4 weeks. Worst service ever.

Ordered a sectional and was very happy with the service. Real-time customer service online helped me ensure the right measurements for our room size and while there were delays on delivery due to Covid, they helped map out arrangements to ensure we received the sectional as it was ready with the ottoman (further delayed) to follow. Really happy with couch so far (true to site description) but mainly commenting on how helpful and responsive the customer service team was.

we ordered 2 natuzzi armchairs in April. We paid a deposit at the time. We were told the furniture would arrive in August. When we called and called about delivery of the furniture we were told that this store was having some sort of dispute with Natuzzi. They said they couldn't refund our deposit because they were having this dispute with Natuzzi and that their accounts with Natuzzi were frozen, which sounded like BS. They told us to contact our credit card company for a refund. Our credit card company tell us that they cannot help us because the original deposit was made more than $120 days ago. Also, we bought a curio cabinet from them. We wanted to go pick it up and asked that they please measure it for us. They didn't want to be bothered and told us that it was 6 feet high. Upon having driven from 30 km away, we found that in fact the cabinet was 6.5 feet and wouldn't fit in our car and we had to argue with the stockroom guy to stop trying to jam it into our car.

Credit card company says to call police and report them for theft and/or sue them.

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE!!!!! I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I MADE THE PURCHASE.

Bought couches for 5.200 plus the insurance they sold me for $520.
The insurance is terrible, waiting for service for 6 months! The store answers the phone whenever is convenient for them and now Rahul said he received the parts for the replacement of my couch but if I want delivered to my house I have to pay for delivery. The insurance company blames all to the store and the store blames the insurance. A nightmare. Was the first and last time I purchase from this store. Don’t waist your time with neither your money in home style furniture!

these guys are all promises until they get your credit card and then make you wait for months with no clear answer
i ordered a bed set and a Natuzzi sofa set a yer and 3 months ago
first the bed set arrived with damages took 3 moths to replace a part but was wrong again
then after 3 months delay sofa arrived wrong color missing a the center pc they said it will take another 3 months so to make me happy
they offered if i buy another sofa set they will discount the next one , 8 months later after giving me promises next month , next month they
finally said sorry we are not dealing with that supplier
anymore , i asked to speak to the owner i was told that the owner is not in Canada is a remote owner and does not live in Canada h
these guys are not professional and not trustworthy very very BAD experience ,

I recently purchased a floor model sofa and in stock chair
from Homestyle and just wanted to say I am absolutely thrilled
with both pieces.. The quality of sofa (natuzzi leather) and aviator
chair can't be bought anywhere else for that price.
Items delivered as promised fast and courteous service. Would
highly recommend.

This place is a joke! Evan and the other sleazy salespeople don't have a clue about customer service. I really wish I read reviews before I bought because my experience was very similar to those who gave this place 1 star.
Don't expect to get your furniture within the 3 months they say it will take. Don't expect for them to know where your furniture is after waiting 5 months. Don't expect to get your furniture when they say it's coming with their next shipment (unless they only get 2 shipments a year). Don't expect to get exactly what you ordered.
This experience was so bad for me and my family I really hope no one else 'takes a chance' with these guys.
Unless you're ok dealing with arrogant staff, with waiting over 6 months for something that may or may not be your
order, I would look elsewhere.

Horrible customer service . They promised us loaner furniture as ours was going to take a while to come in and they called us the morning when they schedule delivery to tell us our loaner furniture that they did not have any couches in for us only chairs. Make sure you have everything written down on your receipt do not take anything by word of mouth from the sales reps, they are not loyal to there customers. Sale rep started throwing in my face that he gave us a great deal for sofa that we wouldn't find the price he gave us anywhere else.

Amazing service! Amazing deals!! Thank goodness I found Home Style Furniture !! Being a new home buyer I was short on cash, and they had everything in my budget! This store has a wide selection of furniture at very good prices. They have great sofas, unique chairs and dining tables. I bought my dining set, my "show room living room set" and my every day L shape sectional for my family room. Delivery was a breeze, I found their products to be GREAT quality and couldn't beat the price.I was quoted for the same sofa I purchased from homestyle for $3,000 elsewhere! I could not see the difference nor justify the price. Will be back!!
