Husky Heating And Air Conditioning

After waiting literally 3.5 hours for another company to show up and calling twice and being told they were coming, it was on my third call to this other company that I was told they had overbooked and wouldn't be able to come till Sunday (this was a Thursday). See my other review for name of this company.
Now it's about 8pm and I don't want to spend another night in a warm house, so I got online and seen Husky. I made a quick call to their office and I gave them my contact info I would say within 5-10 mins a service tech called me back and was at my house within another 5-10 mins. About a half an hour after that my AC was up and running, the tech performed some other checks to make sure everything was good and I finally had AC all within about an hour or so from my initial call.
The service technician, Dan, was friendly, explained everything and did a great job. What a great experience with great service and my only regret was not calling them first. Thank you for not only fixing my AC but restoring my faith that there are companies out there that actually care and provide great customer service.
