The interlocking brick stairs along the side of our home were in desperate need of repair. The talented team at Iberia removed the crumbling stairs, created a new and stable foundation, laid new stairs with interlocking brick and railway ties that matched the other areas in our landscaping and also built a sturdy retaining wall. The stairs are now safe and look lovely.

They were prompt, easy to work with, and did great work. Chris and his team were able to take our visions and bring it to life. Highly recommend them and would happily work with them again.

Chris and his team replaced the patio steps at the side of our home with new interlocking steps. These steps are important to us as my parents live downstairs and use the steps along the side of the house to access their appartment. Unfortunatley after a couple of seasons, due to the amount of water we get on our property there was settling and some of the steps became uneven. I contacted Chris and explained the situation, truthfully I was leary about him getting back to me or providing a real solution as normally warrantys are not worth the paper written on. Chris returned my email right away and told me he would take care of it. Within a few weeks his team returned to my home and completely repaired the steps and now it is as good as new! Very impressive!! Thank you Chirs for keeping your word!

Just had our front landscaping and porch completed by Iberia Landscape Service, and can't be happier! Extremely professional service from start to finish. First contact was with Michelle, appt coordinator, and returned my call promptly in arranging for a time/date for the estimate (I tried contacting other for quotes and they took days in getting back to me). Few days later I met with Chris, the owner, and he quickly gave me a written estimate for the work.

Everything was completed within the time frame he stated and within the budget, no surprises. The crew was AMAZING! We had a 3 stones placed in our garden, and they were heavy, took 3 men to move in place. Each time they asked and made sure we were happy and satisfied with the placement (which they did have to move a few times for us, inch my inch), but did with a smile, and always ended with saying "we will move it no problem, long as you are happy, it's your garden!"

We also had them lay flagstone on our porch, and again, completely satisfied with the final product! You can tell how diligent they were, laying out each piece of tile/measuring/cutting to the pattern we want.

Would definitely use them again for my next landscaping project!

We originally had Iberia do some work for us 5 years ago when they re-did our interlocking stone walkway and steps at the front of our house. Five years later when it was time to do a new deck in our backyard, our positive experience with Iberia in the past made them my first call for a quote. Chris was responsive and came when he said he would come, and provided a quick and detailed quote. He provided useful suggestions and asked the right questions so that we knew his team would be well prepared for the job. It was a complicated job with steps down to a walkout, a retaining wall, interlock surrounding the deck, and a pressure treated wood deck. To complicate things further, we have a massive tree in our backyard that would need to be built into the design. We were also concerned about animals (our previous deck had raccoons living under it at some point, and we definitely didn’t want that again) so it was designed to keep out unwanted raccoon families!

Chris’ team ended up starting the job earlier than expected (which was great since now we get to enjoy the deck for more of the summer!) and did a fantastic job. They even replicated a wood louvre system in one wall of the deck (similar to California shutters) that I had seen in a magazine and fell in love with. The team showed up every day and worked hard until it was done and the quality of the work is evident. We’ve already had tons of compliments on the deck. They also did the ‘little things’ that I didn’t specifically ask for but finished the look and were much appreciated. Thank you Chris, Don and team!

I contacted Iberia Landscape Services because of their excellent reviews on HomeStars. Our project was a 10' by 16' patio for our backyard, not a huge job but very important for us, as we are hoping that it will last for many years.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Iberia. My expectations were already pretty high because of the reviews, but they were exceeded in every possible way!

My initial contacted was with Michelle in Sales. I wrote her an email at about 5:45 pm on a Thursday, expecting to hear back from her in a day or two. She emailed me back in about seven minutes! She was so friendly and helpful that it turned out to be much easier than I expected to get the process started.

In terms of the actual job, nothing but positives, and we are thrilled with the result.

Iberia personnel always arrived at my house at the appointed times, in spite of the brutal traffic on Highway 7, due to construction. Chris Altuna, who was in charge of the project, was great to deal with, again very friendly, and with many helpful suggestions. I also had the pleasure of meeting Frank Altuna, who founded the company back in the 1970s. Having that many years of experience also inspires a lot of confidence.

I also want to thank Juan, Ernesto and Samuel, who executed the project to perfection. Very hard workers, and very skillful.

I would like to express special appreciation to Chris and Frank and the crew for all the extra touches, things that I would not have even even thought of, that have led to a really wonderful result.

We were in need of a backyard overhaul. We were looking to replace our chain-link fence with a privacy fence, and we were also looking to add a deck in a corner of our backyard that was basically wasted space. We had one small (big) problem though; our property line ran on top of caged rock which posed a problem for digging. We had 4 different companies come and take a look. Two said they couldn’t do the job, one quoted us a ridiculously high amount, and then we had Chris from Iberia. He was relaxed and confident and his quote was reasonable based on the work that needed to be done.

Chris, Nelson, and the crew got down to work and did an amazing job. They were professional and were also willing to listen to ideas that we had throughout the entire process. Chris also did a great job of dealing with a neighbour that was upset with some of the work being done. But most importantly they took their time to move around the rocks so that the fence and deck could be set properly. Chris and Nelson took something that we were very anxious about and put us at ease with their workmanship.

I would recommend Iberia 100%. Our backyard looks great! We will also have them back when it’s time to relandscape our front yard.

I had water issues in the basement I made an appointment with Chris, he came on time took a walk around the perimeter of the house inside and outside, he explained what needed to be done and the timeframe in which it was going to get done.
Chris kept his word and the job was done on a timely manner and left the area in which they worked clean. I will use them again without a doubt.

I had two small projects last year. The front of house needed an uplift, new stone on stairs, new paving and a wooden bridge back of the house. After a few quotes and quite a research on Homestars I have found Iberia Landscape Services. Not the lowest but I am so glad I hired this company.

Chris and his team completed the project on time and on budget as promised. My neighbour had complained of dust from the stone cutting on one windy day and Chris responded right away to the concern. I'm grateful for his care and I appreciate that the work site was neat and tidy at the end of each day. Nice job Iberia team!
