I Move Canada

I have known Andy for about 4 years now through our racing club, and our close friends have used their moving service before on several occasions. We booked our move three weeks in advance and were provided with an-onsite estimate which turned out to be very accurate. Considering the large amount of boxes that we had and the rather small elevator, our moving crew did an awesome job!

We came across iMove through our friends who used them last year. Our move involved contents of a 2 bedroom house moved into a 3 bedroom stacked townhouse.

We are very pleased with a 3 man crew that iMove provided. The move as done in an efficient manner, especially considering the amount of stairs the movers had to navigate.

Our boxspring would not fit through the narrow stairway, so the guys ended up hoisting it through our 3rd floor balcony. Hopefully, it will stay there for a few years :)

Great service, at affordable cost. No damage whatsoever as everything got blanket-wrapped. Will recommend to our friends!

It had a terrible service, once it locked us up with a contract to move us, they never showed up. We lost the chance to move with other companies due to their tricky contract. We spent several hours waiting and many phone calls and they didnt even had the courtesy of returning our calls.
The only time we managed to talk to them they were rude and even made fun of our situation. Save yourself a headache, do not call these people!

Found them on basic google search- and very pleased. Great company to deal with. many different options to choose. Great communication and very good price.Safe and all on time without a scratch. Next time I move -with Imove Canada.

We received a flat rate from iMove a month before the move and everything was done according to the estimate. We have a lot of glass items - from glass dining table to glass bar stand to an 8 foot mirror. Everything was wrapped up and packed up safely. No damage whatsoever. I hope we don't have to move for a while, but when we do I am sure to give you guys another call.

These movers were late by an hour and a half and did not end up bringing the wardrobes they promised. However, they were fairly efficient and did not break anything in the end. Thus, we were fairly satisfied with their service, minus the beginning and their negative attitude regarding negotiating the price based on their own failures.

We were renovating our old house in Oakville and needed to move out 90% of our belongings. Most of the contents had to go to a local storage facility (we filled up two 10 x 20 units) and our basic stuff to my parents house. Some of the packing was done by us, while most of the work was left for the packers that were also provided by iMove.

This 2 stage move meant that our goods had to be handled twice creating more potential for damage. Our crew (we chose the 4 man option) wrapped up every single delicate piece during the first load so when the furniture came back from storage we were surprised to find no damage whatsoever. It may have taken longer to pack, but the end result was well worth it.

We may have chosen a more expensive option by doing a full service move, however, the end result justified our costs and with busy schedule at work and kids at home it definitely saved me from potential head-aches. iMove was able to discount 50% off our storage costs (we required the units for 3 months).

All in all, we were provided with very professional service at a reasonable cost. Thank you very much!

I would like to thank Albert and his crew for making our move so easy! We had a delay in obtaining keys for our new place and iMove was kind enough to accommodate us for the following day! Andy, make sure you keep them happy as they will definitely make your customers return!!

This is the 2nd time I have used iMove for my residential move in Mississauga and once again the guys did an outstanding job. My 2 bedroom apartment was moved from the main level unit into a 3 level townhouse with narrow stairs. I am glad we ended up going with a 3 man crew after iMove insisted it to be a more cost-efficient option. We moved in by early afternoon and were able to have the cable tv connected, and start unpacking the same day.

We were moving out of our first home and had never dealt with a moving company before. Having heard so many horror stories before we were considering renting a truck first. However, busy work schedule and having a newborn swayed us towards getting a mover.

Recommended by a co-worker, we chose iMove and picked both packing service and moving. 3 packers helped us deal with all the clutter a few days prior to the move, pack all fragile items and our vast collection of paintings. Wardrobe boxes came in very handy.

It was essential to complete our move out before 12pm on the moving day as the new home owners decided to move-in the same day (very kind of them). We had to arrange for a 4th mover last minute to ensure our timely departure. iMove was very professional in handling this situation as I was getting extremely stressed out by the new home owners.

We completed our move out in less than 4 hours and the overall move took around 8. Considering the extremely humid weather conditions and amount of stairs involved at both locations we were very pleased with completion time. The moving crew did a stellar job at navigating through our narrow stairways!

To sum it all up, we were very happy with iMove and would definately use their services again!
