I Move Canada

I found iMove through their ad in Etobicoke Guardian. Their rates were not the best ones quoted, however, considering the heavy labour our crew had to handle and other particulars, I found my final cost very acceptable, especially since all my expected costs were provided ahead of the move (I hate hidden fees).

Moving from a townhome, narrow stairs and a few bulky items were of biggest concern to me. I am happy to say that everything (minus one small scratch) was handled exceptionally well.

I will definately recommend the service to my friends and family in the future. Thank you!

Just completed my move within Etobicoke and wanted to thank the guys for all around great service. We have moved several times in the past 5 years and have experienced the good and the bad - this
experience being the good.

We had a 3 man crew and a 22' truck move our 2 bedroom condo in a 6 hour time frame with no damage, or any other issues. Although charged hourly, the final cost was within our budget, without any
hidden costs or unexplained surcharges.

Will definitely use in the future.

After I had arranged a move for my stuff from a one-bedroom apartment in North York to a new apartment downtown, I was initally impressed with the professionalism of the rep over the phone. However, the movers never showed up! It was Canada Day and I had previously established with them that this would not be a problem, only to have the movers call me to tell me they weren't coming because they wanted to "party."

They left me stranded with all my stuff, having to get out of my apartment and into the new one without plans on how to do it simply because the lazy movers wanted to <b>party</b>!

I just wanted to thank the guys for a job well done. Having a busy schedule, I opted for packers to assist me with moving preparations a few days in advance. Alex and his helpers were awesome on the moving day! Most importantly my hardware and Macs were safely delivered to the new location. Hopefully, I won't have to move for another few years, but when I do, iMove is getting a call from me :)

Our repeat office move with iMove Canada did not disappoint. After hours service was essential as our previous building would not allow weekday, business hours service. Although relatively small in size, our new location was a 3rd floor walkup downtown and required careful handling of our overweight desks. I am happy that nothing got damaged in the process as this was our main requirement vs cost. We are happy and certainly recommend their service ++++

I'd like to thank Mike (foreman) and his team for their professional efforts during our move. We received an onsite estimate prior to the move and were able to stay within the estimated 110%. Considering the terrible weather and access problems at our new residence this was a pleasant surprise.

The guys were very careful with our belongings and the whole move was done beyond our expectations.

We will definately be using you next year, once our new house is completed.

I would like to express my appreciation for a seamless move arranged by iMove this past weekend. I got referred to iMove by a friend of mine, so obviously my expectations were high. What made things more impressive was iMove's ability to meet our custom needs, given the short notice.

Our 40' container was coming in from Montreal and had to be delivered to our home in Burlington. iMove arranged for container pick up through their partner freight company and handled the delivery of items in their straight truck the same day, saving estimated ~$300 in the process that we would have paid had we chosen our long distance shipping company to complete this delivery from customs.

Just wanted to thank iMove and their team for a great effort. We moved a 1 bedroom apartment from Toronto to Kitchener on October 20th and couldn't have hoped for a better experience.

The guys came to give me a quote to do a semi long haul move and the quoted about $550.00. The move took more time that expected by they owner, but the guys that thye sent were FANTASTIC. I was terrified becuause i was moving and my husband was stuck working, so thought for sure something bad will happen. But nothing, the guys came, packed me, loaded the truck, and drove it up north with out hick up. The did break a cheap frame, but came to me right away to tell me, i thought it was funny becuase it was so cheap that it didnt matter, but they took it very seriously. The guys worked hard, they were nice, funny and even were pleasent to my dog who wants to be in the middle of everything. Overall I would recomend them, and use them again.

used imove for my long distance move from Toronto to Ottawa last Thursday (May 8th). had to set this up last minute, therefore the company could not set me up on their weekly consolidated run, thus the higher price. we had a 30 minute delay in the morning (i was warned of a possible start time delay involving long distance runs), however, the furniture was packed up and delivered to ottawa within 6 hours of pickup which i found rather impressive.

this was a good short notice solution and if you're not willing to wait 2-3 weeks for your goods to arrive it is actually worth the extra two-three hundred bucks.
