Used iMove's crew for my relocation to Montreal earlier this month.
I was moving for a new job and needed a full packing service, same
day delivery and unpacking upon arrival since my schedule was crammed
with travel. From initial call, onsite estimate, scheduling and the
move itself, the whole process was transparent in pricing a smooth in
dealing with actual packers/movers. I am happy I could focus on other
things and not worry about my move. Great team!

Hired to move furniture from toronto to Mississauga which was fine. There was also furniture paid to ship to Victoria BC which is now 7 months later my furniture is still missing. Have been trying to contact owner for months, voicemail is always full and no one else at the company.

Used them twice, should have learned the first time! Yes, they are brokers and the same team of 2 showed up both times. They were late both times, the second time it was about 5 1/2 hours. I was offered a discount because of their tardiness, so didn't pay cash up-front. They then ended up holding the belongings hostage until they received full payment by bank transfer. This was a very small move to return belongings to someone from their office. I had to personally make the e-transfer and over 2 months later I still haven't received a copy of the invoice to claim my money back! Andrew, Paul and accounts receivable are totally ignoring my phone calls and emails. I would definitely not recommend this company.

iMove helped move our office from Eglinton and East Mall
in Mississauga to Islington and Dundas in Etobicoke. We had only 3 offices, mostly glass desks, some file cabinets and a bunch of boxes. Unfortunately both locations were stairs only and we were moving from 3rd floor to 2nd floor walkup so that a real hassle. The moving crew handled it well and managed to get the job done in our allocated after-hours window. We had a 4 man crew present and I am happy we chose that option over 3 men which was suggested by other companies. All in all it was a pleasant experience considering I can't stand moving. The guys did their job as promised and that is all that matters.

Very professional team! Used iMove for my condo move in Etobicoke, including full packing service and
their team truly made it seamless. Got most of the packing done 2 days before the move, scheduled the elevators at my condo, the movers arrived at 830am and we were done by mid-afternoon. I would specifically like to thank Alex (the driver) for helping take care of my IKEA wardrobe unit re-assembly and being so patient with my constant requests to place furniture elsewhere around the new house.

Just wanted to thank iMove and their team for helping us relocate our office from Roncesvalles village to High Park. We had a challenging location on a 2nd floor walkup and several cubicles with somewhat complicated wiring. iMove supplied us with plastic moving bins a week in advance, sent an agent to help us create an action plan to reduce downtime and were very helpful throughout the move process

Just wanted to thank my movers for a job well done! Our new house was not finished and we had to move
to storage which iMove helped arrange on short notice. The 4 man crew was absolutely brilliant. They were polite,
professional and moved everything a fast yet careful pace. We will be moving into our new house in March and will certainly call iMove again.

Worst experience ever. Said they had packed up when they hadn't, disappeared with our belongings for 3 entire days with zero update and multiple excuses including, "Oh the driver is a couple hours away". In fact, the driver hadn't even loaded up the truck at our pick-up location which was 7 hours away. Only after I filed a police report did they eventually show up, only to demand $200 extra because our pick-up location had stairs... which the owner had seen as he had visited for an in-person quote at the beginning of the project. Don't get me started on how he laughed at us and dared us to take him to small claims after we spent two nights sleeping on hardwood floors without any of our belongings after moving to a new city to start new jobs. Absolutely criminal in my opinion. Consider yourself warned!

iMove helped our family move a 2 bedroom bungalow from Burlington, ON to St Catharines, ON on January 15th, 2015. We chose a 3 man option with a 26 foot truck. We have moved in the past and this time were perfectly ready with all boxes labelled and stacked in one place. Some of our furniture needed disassembly which they guys handled without a problem. The whole process went smooth, we had a slight delay on the highway when the truck was called in for MTO inspection station in St Catharines but the driver called us immediately to notify of the delay. The crew was polite, we bought them lunch and tipped after the job. We were prepared, the movers knew what they were doing so all went well!

Worst experience ever never showed up all day just lots of phone calls. Rented a truck the next day then they showed up turns out they are a broker they have no trucks of there own stay away from this company
