We are very pleased with our new front window. The salesman worked with us to get the design and functionality we wanted. The installers were very professional and didn't leave a mess when done. Expect approx. 12 weeks for the window to be built. Had to contact the salesman several times to get an ETA on the window. Was told each time a requisition was in but it took about 5 weeks to get an answer which is why I am giving a 9 out of 10. Bottom line, Great quality windows, installed correctly.
