Absolute professional and all around smart man. John was able to tame our qualms by eloquently elaborating on the feasibility of our requests, understanding what they truly were, and designing us something more than we couldve hoped for.

We have worked with John on several projects, and have referred him to friends of ours too. John really gets the brief, and is patient as we do the dance to maximize architectural impact within our budgets. He is always ready to help, especially during the critical structural framing phase, when these old Toronto houses seem to present new surprises as the walls get opened up.

Our project was to build a new 2 1/2 storey home on the footprint of an old bungalow, keeping one side wall and the walls surrounding the attached garage. We also put on a rear addition. We hired John to do the architectural drawings and COA application/meeting. John brought great ideas to the project, was super easy to work with, and was very thorough. John also had incredible patience when dealing with the city, as our project had a few hiccups along the way including needing a plan revision due to as built deviating from plan. I would definitely work with John again.

John did an excellent job listening to our needs and designing an open concept floor plan for our first floor. He was very prompt and responsive and also handled obtaining all our permits with the city.

John did an incredible job drawing up the designs to transform my garage into another room in my house. It is going to be much more spacious, modern, and brighter. I look forward to seeing the space after the renovations are complete.
