Owner Parker provided a competitive quote and did the install in an efficient and prompt manner, in often unfriendly winter weather. We wanted the main unit on the other side of our garage to eliminate any chance of hearing a fan while in our patio area, and also wanted it mounted high on the wall so that it wouldn't block access and we could comfortably walk underneath it. He put it exactly where we wanted it.
The two indoor units were well installed, and Parker was consistently careful to lay down drop cloths and clean up afterwards.
The result is inexpensive heat in the winter and inexpensive AC in the summer. Great job - no hesitation in recommending a heat pump or Parker to install it.

Hired to repair a furnace misfire/venting issue. Gentleman who came was extremely rude and offensive. He made some unnecessary venting changes and would not reply to my questions as he was working. He continued to work and never asked for permission to begin working beyond diagnosis. I am a female and felt extremely disrespected and intimidated. After 2 hours handed me a bill for $330 and left leaving a mis sloped repair portion of the venting on the furnace that will surely accumulate water. The worst part is that there was a gas smell when I run my furnace. The gentleman refused to deal with it. I regretfully paid and had no recourse. It's December and I have no running furnace. Stay clear of this company and do not hire they are not worth the stress.
