I used this company to manufacture and install a room divider. To cut a long story short, they incorrectly measured my door and only realized when they came to install. It really was a waste of my time. They never apologized and then claimed the door would cost an additional $85. They took the money out of my account, I complained A LOT and they promised to refund me. Really not a pleasant experience. Unprofessional and very disorganized.

Fatima helped me with my order of sliding doors for 3 closets at my condo. She was so quick to respond to my emails as well as phone calls.
I received a quote within a day and had an installation appointment 2 days later. The 2 installers were very professional and quick ! I was so happy to have the job done in such a short time. I will definitely recommend Keystone ! So nice to work with professional , polite , business minded people. Thank you once again !

I called for a new shower door to be installed and they were able to do it the next day. Installers did a great job and left the job clean!

Keystone was initially great when I wanted to install bifold mirror doors - they were fast and the customer service was great. It wasn't until 2 months later that the bifold door fell off and I had to literally call them 2-3 times a day for over 2 weeks for them to reinstall and fix the problem with no luck. Finally I asked them to install frameless mirror sliding doors instead. They then li.ed and said the frameless sliding doors cost more and charged me $100 (I checked, it's the same price). The frameless sliding doors I asked to be reinstalled was not even the right dimension so I am left to waste another week harassing them. I am outraged by their horrible service and follow-up - and this is just for a simple closet door installation.

I have searched high and low for a reasonable price for a slider door for a rental. Keystone was knowledgeable and knew exactly the concerns I had with a sloping basement unit and advised meaccordingly. I got exactly what I needed.. even went back to their location (a bit tricky) and spoke with a very efficient clerk, who knew her stuff! Installation within a week, at a price that included installation and cheaper than Big Box where no one knows your name.

We had 2 glass bathroom shower doors installed.The company were great initially. Great product, very responsive, very fast installation; we were very satisfied and would have recommended them in a heartbeat. One of the doors was installed too tightly, so it started banging against the other piece of glass after a few months. This is where it fell apart, it took over 2 months of frequent phone calls and hassles to get them to fix it. The office did not return phone calls or followup as promised. In the end, the doors are great and we're satisfied, but the followup customer service was awful.

they were prompt and professional - shared a lot of information and gave samples for me to take home and confirm which would look better - no pressure - took a few weeks to get back to them and they were happy to answer my questions and schedule installation of mirrored backsplash. Was a new concept and was worried that ti wouldn't look good....very happy with results...enjoy my new kitchen backsplash very much
