Water heating regulator was changed but it never worked. I asked for explanation to how it works and got very minimal info. Many questions were not answered. 2nd time, my shower taps and plumbing had to be replaced. The tap handle is sticking 2" out of the wall and hot ,scolding water is coming out first. Quite dangerous with small children. I.was overcharged for the taps set and they refused itemized invoice. Horrible service and work with no accountability. Would not recommend!!

I installed a new toilet twice and it leaked both times so I hired Koala T and they installed the toilet but it leaked again and the plumber discovered the toilet was faulty so I returned the toilet for a replacement and the contractor installed it and it worked. The first toilet I bought had a manufacturing crack in the porcelain

Tim was able to come to our home to replace the failing gas-fired hot water heater within twenty four hours, he was able to source the correct height for the water heater as our crawlspace is very low and require a short hot water heater. Work was completed promptly and the area was kept neat and tidy. I have no reservations in recommending Tim to do any plumbing or heating work at your home or business.

i thought this company was very knowledgeable, efficient, and reasonably priced. They showed up on time, they were clean and provided good customer service. They were very knowledgeable and helpful on the phone before they came so we could do some of the work ahead of time. Ireally appreciated that!!
