Leon's Furniture Warehouse & Showroom

Went mattress shopping after 13 years. Purchased a mattress from them along with the warranty. I was told I have a one time exchange with the warranty. I received the mattress and it was a lot firmer than the mattress I sampled in store.

Tried to use my warranty to get a softer mattress and then found out I had to wait 21 days before they would exchange my mattress. Went in store and tried speaking with the manager, Calvin, and explained I needed a soft not firm mattress. I insisted that something be done sooner because I couldn't sleep on the hard bed. He basically said he didn't care what I said, he was going to do nothing and I had to wait 21 days. What a joke to call him a customer service manager. He then proceeded to call the cops because he said he felt threatened. He was happy to take my $2500 but not interested in providing proper service. Even the police were more empathetic than this man.

Would recommend any other mattress company that provides a 90 day or more sleep trial. They allow you to exchange your mattress if it doesn't work out instead of asking you to suffer for 21 days before wanting to do an exchange. They are totally below the competition when it comes to mattresses and level of service provided. Calvin get's the worst customer service award of the year or probably even the century.

We bought a kitchen table and 4 chairs from Leons. After waiting over a month for delivery, they called and asked if they could deliver but they only had 2 chairs. We said no, don't deliver, because we need 4 chairs.

They called back the next day saying they miraculously found two more chairs and they scheduled delivery.

Delivery arrives, 2 boxes for the table and base, and two boxes of two chairs each. Except when we open one of the boxes there was actually only one chair. As soon as I picked it up I knew there was a problem, as it was much lighter than the first box and there was a lot of rattling. Sure enough, one chair was missing and the other was unwrapped, suggesting it has previously been assembled.

We contacted Leons and told them we said they were not to deliver unless they had 4 chairs, and there answer was they would send the 4th chair in a month to six weeks.

We said, sorry, not good enough. We need 4 chairs, and asked them to take everything back. They refused, saying because they delivered, no refunds were available. So basically, they can short an order, pretty obviously, even when I customer says don't deliver if you can't complete the entire order, and they believe that completes the sale.

This is a horribly deceptive business practice and I would not ever recommend buying from Leons.

In laws had a delivery of 5 appliances to their new condo not yet occupied. It was confirmed the day before (twice) that the appliances would be taken up to the condo. Because of the corona virus this was checked and verified. Well the delivery came and we got the call that they just dropped the units in the front entrance of the condo without even unboxing the units. Needless to say we had to rush down from our house and do all the unpacking and moving of the units to the condo. There was very poor communication when they were contacted and no one was on the same page. Fortunately we had a trolley truck and the physical ability to do it. If my elderly in laws were on there own this would have not been possible. Now checking a number of reviews I would suggest to stay far away and deal with credible company's that care for there customers...Leon's you should be ashamed.

My wife and I went to Leon's Burlington to purchase a crib, dresser and changing table. The customer service employee (Ramiz) was great, he helped us find the right furniture for our growing family at the right price. We will definitely be back to purchase the next bedroom for our growing family!

The customer service is mediocre. During a weeknight when there are very few customers, the sales staff were not available to provide information on their products. The item purchased was scratched when it arrived.

we bought our living room set at Leon's . the set is nice and comfortable. however when it was delivered, the guy didn't take his shoes off and stained the carpet.
we call Leon's to report the incident and they sent someone to clean it, but it took a couple of weeks. we can still see the stains.

The Sales associate who help me with my purchase for the washer and dryer was exceptional. He was able to answer all my questions and quide me to the right machines that would suit my purpose. Everything with the transaction went smoothly.

My wife and I went into the Burlington Leon's looking for a sofa and love seat set. The sales rep told us we had come in at the right time because Leon's promotion on the sofa was ending that day. We thought we were lucky until I returned to the store a few days later.The new price of the sofa was now less than the amount we had paid.

We went to leon's to purchase our bed and were delighted to see that they had exactly what we wanted in stock. We were pleased with the customer service and were happy that they were patient with us as we spent a lot of time deciding on what was needed.

We were helping our daughter set up a new house and got amazing deals on several furniture items that had very little or negligible damage. We got a Set of tables for her living room that listed for $699 for $150 and a headboard and footboard that listed for $699 for $200. None of these items have noticable damage.
