Bad experience with design studio and customer service
We bought a house with Mattamy recently and got an design studio appointment. At the initial signing of the LOT both sales and design studio mentioned we can customize our home according our choice, but now they are mentioning that we have to go with package just for one small thing in upgrade i.e., if I want a backsplash in the kitchen I have to get a package that includes upgrading entire house. We didnt understand how does it sound its like if you want an airfliter in the car get a new car i.e., completely upgraded.
No one is helpful in atleast solving the problem as a customer we are facing when the sales and design studio employees informed wrong about our design customization.
Design studio manager is not at all taking the responsibility of their misinformation and on top of that she is mentioning there is nothing I could do, I will just correct my employee but you have to go with package.
Why a customer should suffer for mattamy employees miscommunication?
Mattamy isnt really helpful in customer service I think!
