Although the furniture at this store is lovely, I can't say the same for the sales team. They are exceptionally rude! After spending the day at home waiting for my furniture to be delivered during the designated period between 9am-1pm, I called the company to ask what was going on. I was told that my order had been delayed and my furniture would take another 3 weeks to arrive. When I asked why no one had called to tell me that my order was delayed, the woman I spoke with hung up on me. When I called back for further clarification as to what had happened to my order, I was hung up on again. I finally managed to speak with a different salesperson, who was not quite as rude to me, but he was not able to confirm when my furniture would arrive and directed me to send an email to the owner. I have sent 3 emails and left two phone messages over the last week and no one has bothered to contact me. Now I am forced to make my way back to the store to find out when my furniture will arrive. I would avoid this store at all costs. They expect you to pay upfront for your items and then want nothing to do with their customers. They are disgusting! I have sent in a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
