We've had Double Phantom Screen on our patio doors for about 8 yrs or so with no problems at all and so decided to put one on our front entrance. Mike Campbell installed it in less than an hour and it works perfectly. He also explained the maintenance and operating very well as it has changed from our other doors. This is my second Phantom screen. These are outstanding products that work exactly as promised, and the company stands 100% behind their warranty. The new legacy system with latch (instead of magnets) is superior and highly recommended. Installation is extremely professioal and fast. My installer was Quentin, who was courteous, prompt, and did a very clean, exact job. Other companies could learn a lot from Phantom.

The process of ordering a screen was extremely efficient. The sales agent took all the information over the phone and discussed all of the options. The order was quickly finalized and we were called shortly afterwards by their installer. The installer arrived punctually at 8:00 AM on the day that was agreed upon. She unpacked the truck with all the tools and system as required. Her installation was extremely efficient. After the installation, the maintenance and warranty instructions were covered in full by the installer. Her attitude was as positive as the installation was efficient and well done. We are extremely satisfied with every aspect of the company including its products and its people. Quality is what they value as do we. Thank you.

We had two gentlemen come in yesterday to install our Phantom Screen and they were very pleasant and professional. They were very punctual and took the time to explain what they were going to do.
After installation was complete they described the maintance and the warranty of the door and answered any questions that I had. Also there was absolutely no mess left for me to clean up.

Fast, professional service....and a beautiful screen :-) Very happy. They showed up about 1/2 hour late...that would be my only complaint...but wasn't an issue for me. They demonstrated the door, told me how to register the product, and showed me how to keep t functioning properly.
