Mike was excellent. He recognized the problem which was not due to abuse and fixed it. Phantom Screen is wonderful and I am so happy he came today. He quoted on another job. It may happen. If we go ahead with the project, I would hope he would be compensated accordingly.

I called Phantom Screens to report an untimely tear in a screen. Mike Campbell arrived like a knight in shining armour! He identified that my 3 doors were not installed correctly and spent the afternoon taking them apart and reassembling them. The difference is like night and day, the way the doors function, and the way they look. Thank you Mike for your friendly, courteous and professional work, and for restoring my confidence in Phantom Screens.

Mark Gordon for Phantom was amazing! I was looking at a couple of weeks in peak season to fix my screen that my daughter had inadvertently run through. Mark just happened to be in the neighbourhood passing by, saw the screen, jumped out of his truck, fixed my ailing screen door and no more waiting! What an awesome worker and work ethic. Wonderful service! Both the person who came to measure and the installer arrived right on time, were friendly, courteous and professional. The installer did a beautiful job, making sure to leave no mess behind. We had a single screen door installed and double screen doors. We are extremely pleased with the service and the product. Best service we've had from any company in a long time, and our Phantom screen doors are great! Absolutely recommend them!

I had tried 3 other front door screen products before going with Phantom screen, who I know realize are the KINGS of screen doors and have the best product on the market. It is worth the extra money for so many reasons, smooth installation, warranty and quality of product.

Biggest mistake I made was buying this product. I needed a screen door on my screen room to keep bugs out. Salesman attend at my home and I explained to him how screen would be used. I was assured that everything was OK. After installed, installer told me that screen was to be retracted at all times when not in use as it would "sag" and never retract screen when it was wet. Salesman did not mention this before I bought it. My screen had to be extended at all times to keep bugs out. It was also our rear exit and would be used when wet.
Bottom line: Within days, screen sagged, started to fray on bottom and would not retract properly when wet. Called company and they proposed installer look at screen to see if he could resolve issue. He attended and very emphatically stated there was nothing wrong with product or installation. After month long calls and e-mails to head office, they finally agreed to remove screen and give me a full refund.
Based on experience, I would never recommend this product to anyone.
