Pollock Carpet Market

We are in the neighbourhood and have bought everything from bathroom tiles to hardwood to area rugs to carpeting to coco mat from Pollock's in the last 12 years. Superb service, installation, etc. The whole family is there and they treat you like family too. They will always alert you to deals if there are any, which I LOVE.

I'm a bargain shopper and have comparison priced and these guys come out on top for quality and value every time. This is not IKEA or Home Depot shoddy workmanship rubbisih. They have the real deal in stock on the floor and will take time to help you make the right choice.

Look for their yearly anniversary sale after New Year's, always great deals then!

Have used Pollock's for carpet, tile, wood & cork flooring for all kinds of home projects over the last 10 years. They are not the cheapest, but the service and quality is consistently great. Their area rug selection is not the trendiest or the most high end, but the quality & value is super. They know their stuff, deliver and install as promised, and treat customers with respect. Watch for their anniversary sale after Xmas!

They will let you take the carpet home "to try" it for a day. If you don't like it, you return and get 100% of your money back. No questions asked.

Pollock's has a good selection of linoleum. The salesman was very helpful. He explained what would not work on the kind of painted concrete that I have, and recommended something that will work. He offered to negotiate a price for the whole basement when I am thinking of getting the work done later in the winter.

I LOVE this place! Upstairs they have hundreds of rugs from Persia, Morroco, India, Pakistan, South America and other exotic places. Downstairs they have hardwood, ceramic, vinyl and cork flooring.
I originally wanted ceramic tiles for my kitchen; but they were cold on the feet and unforgiving for people who drop things. So, Julio recommended this fabulous Vinyl flooring that has the look and even the texture of ceramic, but it is warm and a fraction of the price. The expert installer from Pollock's came over to our house and did a fantastic job that finished the kitchen perfectly. The lesson - this ain't your mother's vinyl floor.

In-store staff were very helpfull in the selection of a suitable carpet. The measurements were carefully confirmed and an under-carpet suitable for the basement was recommended.
The installer was only a 1/2 hour late in arriving for the installation. He was professional, polite and did a first class job of installation. And he left the place tidy and clean. The price was correct.

My husband and I have known Julio at Pollocks seems like forever. He's been on Roncesvalles for probably close to 40 years. It seems every time we need carpeting we shop around and are always amazed that his prices are the best. He personally comes (free of charge) to the house to measure and make sure the carpets are properly installed and the seams fit perfectly. Hopefully one day we will stop wasting our time shopping around. No one seems willing to beat him.

For a number of years my husband and I have purchased carpet from Pollocks. They are most knowledegable and helpful. I would not hestiate asking a friend to see them for all their carpet needs.
