My wife and I purchased our first home from Pratt Homes and couldn't be happier. The sales team was fantastic and always available to answer any question we had, On many occasions I would send emails to Bruno or Stephanie along with many phone calls and dropping in unexpectedly. After the final paperwork went through we knew there would be some time to wait (we purchased before the building process). We were pleasantly surprised when we received our first "homeowners update" from Cynthia! Ever since we have looked forward to the updates and count down the days until the next one. We really appreciated Pratt Homes keeping us involved in the whole process. We always show our family and friends the update and they all say they wish their builders had done the same thing! It was also nice knowing we could always email or phone Cynthia if ever we had any questions, and having a main contact within the company. Pratt showed us that they cared even after the sale!
When it came time to pick out our cabinets, floors, colors, etc we had a very good idea of what we were looking for, but weren't sure how to "tie it together". Cynthia was great, and listen to all our ideas, and once we started with the floors she was able to bring everything together for us. We couldn't be happier or more excited to move in to our condo! I have recommended everyone to Pratt Homes and plan on purchasing our next house from them. Thank you Pratt Homes!

I have been renting for a long while and have been very apprehensive about purchasing my first home. WOW why didnt I do this sooner! Both Stephanie and Sue have helped me immensely. They made this a very smooth transition and have been very patient with my million and one questions. Just recently met with Cynthia, who has a true knack for ideas and colour, also a very pleasant person to work with. Within a few months of each other, both my mom and I have purchased new development through Pratt Homes and I would recommend this builder to anyone.

My husband and I have been greatly impressed with your staff that have been nothing but courteous and extreamly helpful with us in the purchase of our new home. Bruno and Stephanie have allowed us to view the model on serveral occasions to allow us in making our decision, and Cynthia was extreamly helpful with choosing our flooring,cabinets and a few upgrades with no pressure. We are looking forward to living in our new condo, and staying in Barrie.

Couldn't be happier with the level of customer service at Pratt Homes! Bruno, Susan and Cynthia have been extremely helpful and informative to both me and my husband who are new home buyers! We've lived in Barrie all our lives and chose Southwoods because of the location. The highway is easily accessible for us as I commute for work. Grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping are a few minutes away and as we're also new parents the fact that there's a school right across the street is a huge bonus! This has been such a positive experience for us. Everything has been easy (start to finish) and we've really appreciated all the progress updates along the way.
Can't wait to move into our new home!!

I am very pleased to say that this is my second Pratt-Hansen purchase. Five years ago I walked into the Pratt office and was need of a quick sale home. I was able to purchase a 4 bedroom 2 storey house on the inventory list. Everything went so smooth, no complications, the décor and upgrades worked out perfectly for me and I was able to move into my new home in 3 weeks.
Summer of 2011, I met up with Bruno at Kempenfest and picked up a brochure on the Manhattan. Life had changed for me where I no longer needed a 4 bedroom house. I was interested in the Manhattan. February 2012 I drove down Ferndale Drive and seen the condos were being build, I viewed the models suites and before I knew it, I bought a 2 bedroom condo.
I am very pleased with the service from the moment I entered the sales office (March 14th) to the day (July 10th) I moved. Although I was not involved in the finished décor, the selections met my expectations and have worked out perfectly, I only needed to pick out the back splash for the kitchen, and Cynthia took her time and was very helpful with the selection of the tile. The upgraded bathroom and kitchen fixtures, silent floors and soundproofed wall, the wider hallways and doorways, paint selection, tile flooring, large size balconies all added to a great and comfortable home. The fact that it is 4 storey building that has indoor parking and the individual storage is a great asset. I like the central location with a sense of country atmosphere. The landscaping around the condo is becoming more beautiful each day.
The Sales Team (Bruno, Stephanie, and Susan) handled things professionally and was very helpful with advice on completing the process of this purchase. By the time I met up with Ramona her job was easy, she just had to hand me the key.
The Pratt-Hansen Team should be very proud of this development.

Presently renting a unit until ours is built in Bldg C. We are very pleased with the sales staff Bruno, Susan and Stephanie and of course Cynthia in the decorating department who has exceptional taste in putting all the pieces together. Can't wait to see the whole project finished....this is such an exciting time for us.

We have owned a Pratt house before this condo for 26 years and loved it. We also love this condo our first We love the way it is set up. Also the outside of the buildings are so impressive with the gardens, just love it. Central park is Quite beautiful. Thank you Pratt family.

From the moment we entered the sales office with a Flyer that we received at the Barrie Colts Game, we have experienced the best customer service. Bruno, Stephanie and Cynthia have always been there guiding us through the process as first time condo owners their help was greatly appreciated.We have only been in our condo for 3 weeks, we love our spacious condo overlooking the eco park. Our friends have been truly amazed with our condo. We are proud to be part of the Manhattan community.

I recently moved into my 1 bedroom condo and I couldn't be happier! The area itself is great, with the eco park and walking trails right in our backyard and all amenities very close by. The building is very quiet and the neighbours are all friendly. My condo itself is very spacious and bright. I love sitting on the large balcony, overlooking the park and enjoying a morning coffee. The only negative I would have to say is that I am still waiting for some minor work to be completed. All and all, I love my first home!

This is our first condo and we love it. All of the staff were wonderful to deal with. We have a view of the eco park and it is lovely to wake up to every morning. We would recommend this to our friends and family.
