I recently had a heat pump installed, and I couldnt be more impressed with their service. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They explained my options clearly which helped me make my decision quickly. Requested a full duct cleaning and received all the below services. Of particular note was the dryer vent cleaning. Their method pulled out so much more dust and lint then any previous services. Would definitely use again.

Included:
- all ducts and vents (unlimited)
- supply and return main lines
- furnace
- AC coil
- dryer vent
- bathroom fans
- sanitization

Job included duct cleaning and disinfection, dry vent cleaning. Process included blowing the lint in the dryer vent back into the house. Big mess. Lint everywhere- walls ceiling every item in the room required washing/laundering. I provided feedback. Business offered to have someone return but as they left at 7pm I didnt want them back and needed the mess cleaned immediately as the dirt was tracing through the house. The consolation was a $25 discount - which I didnt feel respected that it took over 2 hours to clean up. Ive now hired a cleaning company to deep clean the house. If you use this company, best to ask lots of questions about how they clean dryer vents and what kind of mess it will make. I get the vent cleaned annually have never had this experience. Will try a different company next year.

I hired this company for duct cleaning, but unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. They weren't very thorough in their work, leaving some areas untouched. On top of that, they weren't particularly courteous when it came to my pets, which added unnecessary stress to the situation. Lastly, Kevin's constant communication started the minute they leftbefore I'd even received an invoice. It felt unprofessional and made an already mediocre service even more frustrating.

Kevin replied to my request for someone to clean my dryer vent and the next day a team showed up and they completed the job in around twenty minutes.

Most thorough and comprehensive duct cleaning we've ever had, and far and away the most confidence-inspiring. An excellent deal. Crew went way above and beyond any other duct cleaning we've had done in the past. This is the 1st time we're absolutely sure that we got value for our money. Prompt, courteous, professional. Took extra care with their equipment, padded any spot where their hoses/etc came in contact with our house (baseboards, door frames, etc).

Ilyas and team did a thorough job cleaning the ducts, vents and furnace. He made sure I knew when they would arrive and kept me informed during the cleaning process.

Our AC broke down and we were looking to get it replaced with a heat pump instead, and figured we should upgrade our furnace at the same time. We called a few places who gave us quotes, but Kevin was the only one who told us there was 0 reason to replace the furnace at this time and that it had a good number of years left. Kevin's honesty is what differentiated him from everyone else.
