Dan was an excellent technician, he was pleasant, professional and friendly and explained in detail every step he would be taking to ensure a proper job on our living set which was quite soiled. He identified immediately the material and how best to perform the cleaning, and finished the job in a timely manner. The set is now looking like new again.
Would definitely recommend Reliable again, specifically Dan, to family and friends.
