We hired Ritson Tile to install the LVT flooring and our backsplash in our kitchen reno. They were very patient while we chose our tiles, and changed our minds more than once. Once we decided on our tile, it was completed on time and within budget. The backsplash was very difficult due to the style of the tile and our cabinets but the intstaller did a fantastic time and paid a lot of attention to every detail.

Carpet installers did a GREAT job, and were very polite and easy to work with. Tile installers did a GREAT job and were polite and easy to work with. The Hardwood installer (Billy) was the one to bring the rating down. He walked off the job 2 times, he started to install the hardwood wrong way.. had to remove the portion wrongly installed, took lots of cigarette breaks and ran out of wood for the installation. It took One month to install a wood floor for about 500 square feet because they had to reorder more wood from the manufacturer. Billy was argumentative and intimidating. I would use Ritson for carpet and tile.. in a heartbeat., but would NEVER use them for Hardwood installation if Billy was the installer. It was my worst experience dealing with any company in all the renovations we completed since owning a home. They would have been a 10 our to 10 without the hardwood installation. Thank god we had Joe from Ritson tile overseeing this, or the job would have never been done to satisfaction.

Ritson Tile provided tile, cement, heating components and advice for my do it yourself job. Whenever I ran into trouble they were willing to help me with every detail. Great service delivered on time and on budget. No problems.

We had shopped some of the 'big' professional tile stores in TO and were blow away by the fact that Ritson Tile offered the exact same tile for a better price and excellent advise, customer service. Did the Main Bathroom May 2014 ; just went back this weekend for the Mudroom re-do. Thank you Anna and team!!!

I had this company install carpeting on my stairs. My previous carpet was damaged and stained. I had 12 stairs done.

I bought a very cheap carpet, and they installed it on the stairs for this price. The team was professional and polite as they always greeted me with "Sir" or "Mr".

Extremely knowledgeable staff helped us pick what matched for the bathroom, made sure we didn't forget glues etc. Great selection, second time buying off this company. Came in on time when they said it would.

Found a great selection of ceramic and porcelain tiles here. The staff very nice and helpful. They even guided me through installing the floor myself. Would recomment to anyone looking for flooring!!

I was looking for just the right tile for a bathroom floor and shower stall. (after going to many other locations I was happy to go to Ritson tile. They have a large selection at a reasonable price, it was easy to find the perfect style. I had a certain pattern in mind, Anna offered some additional ideas, as well as installation suggestions including a good discussion on how to lay out the pattern she was recommending.

The salesman was very knowlegable, not aggressive, and made helpful suggestions. The flooring was installed when he said it would be and finished in 1 day. The floor has been in for a year and no problems with it.
