Rosedale Snow Removal's method of avoiding customer service questions or complaints is taking their phone off the hook and not replying to emails. They did not bother showing up at all after the most recent large snowfall, even though they were paid in full in advance for the service.
No one came to clear the snow, they did not communicate - they are not a legitimate operator - stay away.
