I ordered a treadmill from Sears online for almost $1000. Then the nightmare began.
The online confirmation confirms the order and said it will arrive to store for pick-up in 5 days. 5 days is a bit longer than I would expect, but I was fine with it. If you want delivery, that's almost $100, so I decided to book a track to pick it up since I had a few other stuff I need to move around.

So comes the date and the treadmill wasn't there. I was really mad, because Sears informed me it will arrive on the day and I already spend $100 for the track. Nobody from Sears bothers to let me know the order was delayed and there's noway for me to check it online. Ok, so if it was late I would expect it to deliver soon right? Wrong. I been calling them every day or 2 to see it the treadmill arrived. Nothing. "There's a truck coming in tomorrow", "There's a truck coming in Friday".....Well, I don't really care when your truck comes in, I just want to have my treadmill.

So right now it's taking them 12days already on a order they promised to deliver in 5. I called them at least 6 times and spent around 3hrs total on the phone. Spent $100 for a pick up truck(now that's lost). I still don't have any idea when it's going to arrive....

We bought a 52" Sony television from Sears on sale. It was a great deal at the time. The sales representative we had was very friendly and helpful with getting everything we needed. After setting it up at home it worked just fine. The picture is not super high definition quality but the picture is decent. The disappointing part about this purchase is that after having the television for a while it keeps saying we need a new "projection lamp" when we turn it on. It still shows fine after that but sometimes it may take 10-15 seconds to turn on. We will probably need to get a new tv soon, or just replace the projection lamp if it is not too expensive to fix. If we do start looking for a new one, I'm sure we will stop by Sears again.

really good customer service satisfaction. this guy name Vikas served us with really friendly manner. There was another store manager also helped me get my job done. i really recomend other to go talk to these people for satisfying jobs. they are geat company and great staff. i would go again and again to this store to purschase more and more. I am really really happy to get served by these company. actually i am thinking to get central air conditionar installed by them.

In March we purchased a sofa from Sears Scarborough Town Centre and it turned to have the worse experince ever. The sofa is indeed of very good quality, but the service provided in the store was poorest. The worst part was when the item was delivered to our home - in a very unprofessional and unexpectable way. The guys who did the delivery scratched the sofa on all the sides when they brought it in and when I was trying to tell them to be more careful their response was: "if you have any complains call customer service", which of course I did only that it took them 3 months to partialy repair the damage.
I got my lesson and I paid a quite expensive and unfair price for it.
