I ordered a bed at the store AND HAD TO CANCEL THE ORDER BECAUSE I FOUND A BETTER DEAL AT SLEEP COUNTRY CANADA. I CALLED THE STORE TO CANCEL AND THEY STILL TRIED TO DELIVER IT.

I WAS SEARCHING AND SEARCHING FOR THE BEST PRICE ON THE WHIRLPOOL FRONT LOAD WASHER AND DRYER.
I WENT TO MANY DIFFERENT STORES.
I FOUND THE SEARS ON CHRISLEA TO BE THE BEST AT SALES INFO AND PRICE.
LAWRENCE WAS THE SALE PERSON THAT HELPED ME.
HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING VERY WELL AND HE MATCHED THE PRICE OF THE OTHER STORE.
I FELT SEARS WAS THE BEST CHOICE AS THEY HAVE A VERY GOOD CUSTMER SERVICE, IF THERE IS A PROBLEM.
THEY ALSO HAVE A 90 DAY RETURN POLICY, NO QUESTIONS ASKED IF YOU WANT TO RETURN IT.
I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY DELAINGS WITH SEARS AND WOULD DEFINETLY RECOMMEND( ACTUALLY I DIDRECOMMEND AND MY FRIEND WENT TO SEARS AND BOUGHT THE SAME WASHER AND DRYER.)

You pretty much need a passport to pick-up merchandise. When you do, there is lack of service personnel and the poor souls who work there are overworked and always seem annoyed, especially when merchandise is returned. And the waiting in line is unbelievable at times!
