Sofa So Good

I've just received my new sofa and wing chair. I'm extremely happy with both. They are beautifully well made, sturdy, comfortable - and everything is exactly as I'd ordered. This is my second purchase - bought a sofa from them 2 or 3 years ago and that was another great purchase!

This time I was lucky enough to wander into the showroom when they were having a sale and got both pieces for less than I'd budgeted for the sofa. They also included 2 gorgeous throw pillows in the purchase.

The saleswoman Patricia who helped me knows her stock like the back of her hand. I feel like she showed me every bolt of fabric in the building - all with a kind smile and no hint of impatience. What a pro!

Finally I've got to commend the delivery service the company uses. These fellows are very pleasant, quick and efficient. They work with shoes off or on - whatever you prefer - and remove all the protective wrapping and install protective felt pads on the feet of your furniture. They clear all the wrappings away and are in and out of your house in a snap.

Everything about the experience of getting my furniture was super - the only teeny tiny downside is that you do have to wait a bit for it to be made. They did tell me up front that it would be about 6 - 8 weeks and it ultimately just took 6, but I was a bit impatient to get my stuff :-) The only possible improvement for me would be if they could somehow get the furniture made up a big quicker than that, but I suppose it wouldn't be the same quality if it got banged out in a week! All in all I'm very happy and will definitely be back again.

I WISH i COULD GIVE NO STARS TO THIS PLACE. Cheap fabric, low quality sofas for crazy prices; they are supposed to have "warranty", but if you have an issue they are not taking responsibility and referred you to a third party to deal with it, and you have to pay for any expenses. In addition old and moody people in the store floor.

STAY AWAY OF THIS PLACE AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

We bought a sofa from them and are very satisfied with the product including the slipcover, The inner cushion is well made, . Very sturdy product and they will come out and fix it if necessary. I highly recommend this store.

Few years ago was in the market for a sofa bed and had checked out places like Ikea but couldn't find what I wanted. A relative introduced me to Sofa So Good and when I went there, the sales person was able to find exactly what I wanted in terms of size, type, style, and equally important, the quality of the both the sofa and bed components. Am very happy with the purchase and my guests have commented on the sofa bed being as comfortable to sleep on as a real bed.

The selsction of designs and colours at this sofa shop are great and would suit anyone's taste. My sofa was delivered in time and looked exactly as they promised. The only complaint I'd have is that the cushions have become lumpy over time (5 years) - still am very happy with it considering the price though.

The Good:
Showroom was large. Lots of styles to see. Clear listing of prices. Many fabric choices arranged by colour. Staff was helpful and took time. Good fabric guard program. Free parking.

The Bad:
Prices for same pieces found elsewhere were a little less. But nothing else!

Overall I was pleased with my experience. I selected a Hassock I was a bit disappointed when it was sold on us and replaced with a lesser quality one. The delivery guys were courteous and clean. They have a great selection of sofas and coverings.
