Joe The Appliance Guy

Our 3 1/2 year old GE Gas oven stopped working last week. The repair technician recommended by the warranty company could not come to see the oven until next week. Not wanting to wait that long, I looked up Joe "The Appliance Guy". Gave him a call and within 24 hours he had visited our house and repaired the faulty ignitor assembly. He was very responsive to all phone and email and worked with me to come to our house based on my schedule. He was very friendly and explained everything along the way as he was diagnosing the problem. He researched the oven the night before and brought along the part that he thought would be the issue. He had it all fixed and tested within 20 minutes of arriving. I would not hesitate to call on him again and refer him to all who need a reliable, responsive, customer service oriented repair service.
