I booked a service appointment for Wed Feb 24 to have a clicking / tweeting sound coming from my KitchenAid fridge looked at. The technician Max came on time at 11. Max listened to the noise but didn't even want to diagnose the problem. He just said it maybe the inverter board but didn't even want to test it. . I felt Max is useless and lazy as he didn't want to break a sweet He didn't even provide me with any quote for the board but still charge me the service fee for basically doing nothing. Don't waste your time with Unionville Appliances. STAY AWAY

My refrigerator wasn’t cooling properly just before Christmas. They sent a technician the next day. Max worked hard to determine the cause. He ran a diagnostic, made a few adjustments and after turning it off overnight and then restarting the next day, it is back up and running properly again. They offer a 30 day warranty. I would definitely recommend this company.

Terrible repair service. Told me needed 1 part then came to install only to tell me I needed another part! Total cost would be upwards of $500. I could buy a new dishwasher for a tad more. Told technician to take his part back and call it a day.

Called another authorized dealer who came and found an olive pit clogged the drain.

Sal at Unionville Appliance was exceptionally helpful and a wealth of knowledge in helping me replace a part on my daughter’s old but viable gas stove. I, on my own, was unsuccessful in sourcing the part (motherboard) as it was discontinued. Sal was able to secure the part after searching his North American sources and kindly order it for me.
The stove works like new and all because Sal spent a great deal of time and effort solving my predicament!

NEVER use this store. NEVER trust store persons in Unionville appliance. They say differently or hide (willfully not tell you the best option).

Bought a couple of appliances from this store but had to exchange to other products because of the store fault. They said differently once the incorrect products delivered. I ended up paying $2300 for $1500 products to sort out this mess. I got sick and tired of their attitude on how they sell their products.

Dirty business I have never seen before. Hope this store goes out of business soon.

Persons who delivered and installed machines were very prompt in responding. Also, they helped me to open the water valve door as the super couldn't help due to the condo policy.

The owner of this business hung up the phone on me when I questioned if his prices were negotiable. How rude! All he wanted was for my to just pay up what he wanted. So I paid for diagnosis but the diagnosis about what was wrong with our dishwasher was wrong! What a waste of time and money dealing with this company!

I was looking for new appliances for my kitchen Reno. After exhausting several stores with research and deciding which make I wanted and pricing, a friend recommended Unionville Appliances.

Service was excellent, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Their prices were 25% less than what I was quoted at other dealers. But because I was buying 4 items and big dollars there was that discount and then the manufacture's discount. No bad price for Kitchen Aid, Fridge, induction stove, range hood and bar fridge.

Then called and got a really nice dishwasher Whirlpool for my sister. I asked for a certain model and the staffer found a better model at a lower price. Like I said Excellent service.

If you are renovating your kitchen and building several appliances call and ask for Vince.

You can't go wrong with this store. They also have repair staff for appliances. Worth a call.

Try to fix my dishwasher myself and ordered a part from this place.
They ordered a part that is different and may require a lot of modifications that an ordinary average guy cannot do it, and even got it done but would subject the machine to have problems including water leakage. They should have told the customer before taking the order and payment.
Also, an order has been taken over by another sales and caused miscommunication themselves.
They wouldn't refund!!!

My fridge suddenly quit last week. After the technician diagnosed the issue as non-repairable I went straight to Unionville Appliance to source a new Fridge.
Vince handled my order and I was very pleased with the professionalism.

Rob and Nick came to do the install and they were very professional, friendly and helpful. Even with a 36" fridge and those tight corners they still managed to smile and laugh!

Unionville Appliance will be the ONLY place I go when I need appliance replacement.
