Norm is the guy who picks up the call and does the delivery. Problem is that he has a trucker tongue and mis-treats customers.
Unreliable delivery too.

Comes across as a bully - will never buy from him again - even out of charity.

I called on a Sunday while doing research on the cost of a part that a repair person had suggested was needed to repair an older oven that wasn't heating. This repair person had told me they would call the following day to give me the cost of the part. The owner of Universal Appliance Parts answered the phone even though the business wasn't open and began to research the part I was looking for and once he discovered the part was no longer available began to research a replacement part. I began to tell explain more thoroughly my problem and he suggested a solution that was quite simple - check the buttons on the analog clock to make sure the oven timer wasn't set on a delayed oven setting. This fixed the problem immediately. I'm still waiting for the repair person to call back, one week later, to tell me the cost of the replacement part I need. It's nice to know there are still people in the world that are willing to listen and help knowing they will not end up being paid for sharing their knowledge. Thank you for helping me avoid paying someone (even more money than I paid for the initial faulty diagnosis) who obviously has much less knowledge and shouldn't be repairing appliances.

A wall of ice created in the freezer due to leaking ice maker. Service arrived and within minutes determined that water valve is broken. I had to pay $100 down payment for them to return. I checked for price of part which was about $90. I was charged for labor and parts $300! Next day did not arrive as they were to busy, third day after several phone calls arrived and replaced the water valve in 5 minutes. I noticed that the water is still not dripping to the ice maker; I asked the technician who said it may take a few hours. Ice maker never restarted, I have called for a whole week to get them to return, Sandra the owner was rude condescending and never sent anyone to rectify the problem to this date I’m out of ice maker and $300.... Do not let the initial contact to full you if they can they will rob you in day light without a flinch!

Always helpful when you call to try to determine what part needs replacing, will take the model number and call back with part information and pricing. Will give advise on different possibilties. Just a very nice experience and excellent customer service.
