We wanted to have an ancient chimney removed from our house from outside the roof, right down through the attic, 2 floors and the basement. Because the chimney was holding split joists, they needed to be supported by steel posts. Drywall had to be cut out on all floors.
Otto analyzed the situation, gave us advice and quickly had his crew - all very polite and friendly - quickly remove the chimney with minimal impact to the rest f the house.
